Dr. Brennen Flory is one of those veterinarians who always knew he wanted to work with animals. Originally a Northwest Ohio native, he earned his DVM from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. He’s been practicing in Indiana ever since.
In addition to continually improving our practice’s patient care through innovation and education, Dr. Flory also takes the lead in keeping the energy high and our team’s spirits up – he’s even been known to pop up in dance videos on YouTube. But rest assured, when he’s tending to his patients, he’s as professional and experienced as he is enthusiastic. A truly well-rounded practitioner, he particularly enjoys orthopedic surgery, pain management, and wound care.
In addition to tending to the practice’s growth, Dr. Flory has a growing family. Miraculously, this Ohio State Buckeye ended up marrying a die-hard University of Michigan Wolverine! Dr. Flory and his wife Jen – an Indianapolis native – agree to disagree on fall Saturdays, often spending the day on opposite sides of the house cheering on their respective football teams. Their daughters, Blakely and Emersyn, have a few years before heading off to college, when the rivalry is sure to rear its ugly head.
On the furry side, the number ebbs and flows, but currently they have three dogs, Stella, Callie, and Maddux. Two Pitbulls and a Yorkie make quite the mix!

Here at Nora, each staff member has their own unique and important role. The practice operates more like a sports team with Dr. Flory serving as the team captain. All team members play important roles in doing what we love, caring for pets, and providing service to the community.
